Cute vintage 1970s maxi dress with red and white Asian dragon novelty print. Full wrap style, ties on the inside and hook/eye clasp in front. Not lined. Comes with a matching waist tie. This dress is very well made, back when manufactured clothing was still sewn by a real person rather than a machine! This dress is in excellent condition.

Made by Hear Say. No size tag. Feels like 100% cotton. Please refer to the measurements listed below, taken while laying flat and doubled where appropriate. 

Note that the waist size could be further adjusted by moving the hook/eye. The measurement below is for the current configuration, tied inside at the smallest point.
